Since 2012, THE BUTCHER has been known for its unique concept: a casual burger bar, haute fast food, and bloody delicious burgers. Over the years, THE BUTCHER has won hearts with juicy burgers at iconic locations in Amsterdam — from the Dam Square to the Nine Streets and Albert Cuypstraat. Now, it’s time for a new, flavorful stopover: Schiphol Airport.

THE BUTCHER opened its doors at one of Europe’s busiest airports.

With more than 150,000 passengers passing through daily, Schiphol is the perfect location for an unforgettable burger experience. THE BUTCHER will welcome travelers and airport staff via a pop-up in thefood court (Lounge2), beyond the security checkpoint. As you would expect from THE BUTCHER, haute fast food is prepared on the spot.And because travelers at Schiphol often want to move on quickly, every order is freshly prepared right away. This temporary BUTCHER location marks the lead-up to a series of new openings for THE BUTCHER.
